Doha: The State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Interior, participated in the 53rd meeting of the Traffic Directors General in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, along with the 47th meeting of the Technical Team for Traffic Systems Development, which were both conducted virtually.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry's delegation at these meetings was led by Director General of Traffic Brig. Jabor Ali Al Kubaisi. The discussions focused on a variety of topics that were part of the agenda, with the goal of strengthening bilateral cooperation among the GCC states. These discussions centered around traffic safety and the advancement of traffic systems, with an emphasis on enhancing performance efficiency and achieving the highest standards of road safety.
