Doha: Represented by the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior, the State of Qatar participated in the 51st meeting of the Traffic Directors General in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, which was held Monday via videoconferencing. The Qatari delegation to the meeting was headed by Col. Ali Hassan Al Kaabi, Assistant Director of Licensing Affairs at the General Directorate of Traffic, and head of the traffic systems linkage team.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on the completion of linking traffic systems between the GCC countries, alongside other agenda topics. The participants made appropriate recommendations regarding these topics, aiming to enhance cooperation and integration of traffic systems across the member states.
