Competing in Group 10 alongside Austria, Switzerland, and Cuba, Qatar secured its second victory in the tournament, following an opening win over Cuba (21-18, 21-14). According to Qatar News Agency, the team showcased strong coordination, effective court coverage, and consistent performance to dominate the Swiss pair. Qatar will conclude its group-stage matches on Monday against Austria, in a clash expected to determine the group top position. The Qatari team has recently enjoyed international success, including a bronze medal at Tokyo 2020, fourth place at Paris 2024, and eight gold medals in various competitions this season, reflecting the nation's growing strength in beach volleyball.
