Doha: Qatar Charity has launched the "Embrace the Blessings of Giving" campaign during the second ten days of Ramadan. The campaign invites people of goodwill to quickly donate to projects that have low implementation costs during Ramadan.

According to Qatar News Agency, these projects will be carried out across 14 countries and include initiatives such as well-digging, constructing and furnishing social housing for the needy, and building and equipping mosques and Quran memorization centers. The aim of this campaign is to create a lasting developmental impact in the targeted communities by providing access to clean drinking water, alleviating the suffering caused by drought, offering safe and suitable housing that ensures a dignified life for needy families, and constructing mosques that allow the community to perform their prayers with peace and tranquility. The campaign will also create opportunities for people to learn the Quran and Islamic teachings.

This campaign provides an opportunity for people to donate during this holy month, contributing to a variety of low-cost projects that are expected to make a significant difference in the lives of the beneficiaries. The countries targeted by the campaign include several nations in Asia and Africa: Yemen, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Nigeria, Kenya, Gambia, Ghana, Djibouti, Niger, Albania, and Kosovo.

Qatar Charity encourages the people of Qatar to seize this opportunity during the holy month to engage with the campaign by fully sponsoring a project, supporting a bundle of charitable projects, or contributing a share that will act as continuous charity across multiple projects and countries - all at a minimal cost.
