Maputo:A round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Mozambique took place in Maputo on Tuesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari delegation was led by HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, while the Mozambican delegation was headed by HE Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Mozambican Communities Abroad Maria de Fatima Simao.

The discussions focused on bilateral cooperation and explored ways to support and enhance the relationship between the two nations.
