Stockholm: HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Sweden, Nadia bint Ahmed Al Shaibi, participated in a meeting with Swedish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maria Malmer Stenergard, along with various ambassadors accredited to Sweden. The meeting focused on the challenges facing women's rights globally amid evolving political and socioeconomic developments.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE Al Shaibi shared insights into Qatar's efforts in promoting women empowerment and enhancing their roles across different sectors. She highlighted that women empowerment is a fundamental aspect of Qatar National Vision 2030. The Ambassador reaffirmed Qatar's commitment to supporting women's issues on both regional and international platforms through development and humanitarian initiatives, emphasizing education, and aiding women and girls in conflict zones.
