Qatar Airways to Resume Flights to Aleppo, Syria

Doha: Qatar Airways announced the resumption of three weekly flights to Aleppo, Syria, starting from 10 August 2025. The frequency of these flights will increase to four per week from 1 September 2025.

According to Qatar News Agency, Qatar Airways first began operations to Aleppo in 2011. The airline recently resumed flights to Damascus in early 2025, making Aleppo the second Syrian city to reconnect with its global network. This expansion reflects Qatar Airways' strategy to enhance connectivity across the region and globally through its hub, Hamad International Airport in Doha.

Aleppo is set to become a part of Qatar Airways' extensive network of over 170 destinations worldwide. The airline's renewed commitment underscores its efforts to link regions and facilitate international travel through its award-winning services at Hamad International Airport.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club members stand to benefit from the resumption of these flights. They can collect Avios on their journeys and also enjoy shopping and dining at Qatar Duty Free located at Hamad International Airport. Additionally, members have the opportunity to use their Avios for various travel and lifestyle rewards, including exclusive experiences available through the Privilege Club Collection.
