Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon Dr. Nawaf Salam on receiving parliamentary confidence, wishing him success in carrying out his duties.

According to Qatar News Agency, the congratulatory message from the Qatari Prime Minister highlighted the importance of the relationship between Qatar and Lebanon. The message expressed optimism for strengthened bilateral ties under the leadership of Dr. Nawaf Salam. The cable also conveyed hopes for Lebanon’s progress and prosperity under its new government.
