Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani has sent a cable of condolence to HE Prime Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Dr Jafar Hassan, following the death of former Jordanian prime minister Ahmad Obeidat.

According to Qatar News Agency, the message expressed heartfelt sympathies to the Jordanian leadership, emphasizing the profound loss felt by both nations at the passing of Ahmad Obeidat. The former Jordanian prime minister was a significant figure in Jordan's political landscape, and his contributions are remembered by many. Sheikh Mohammed conveyed his deepest condolences to the family of the deceased and to the people of Jordan during this period of mourning.
