Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences on Wednesday to HE Prime Minister of the Republic of India Narendra Modi, on the victims of the floods that swept through several northeastern states of the country, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.

According to Qatar News Agency, the cable expressed sympathy and support to the families of the victims affected by the devastating floods. The message also conveyed Qatar’s solidarity with India during this challenging time and emphasized the importance of international cooperation in addressing the aftermath of natural disasters.
