Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met at the Amiri Diwan with HE French President's Envoy to Lebanon Jean-Yves Le Drian, who is currently visiting the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation, the latest developments in Lebanon, and a number of issues of mutual interest.

HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the need for the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from all Lebanese territories. He also called for all parties to adhere to the ceasefire agreement and avoid escalation to ensure security and stability in the region.
