Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan. During the call, they discussed the military escalation in the region and its repercussions for regional and international security and stability. They also examined ways to resolve disputes through peaceful means.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the necessity of halting the Iranian attacks on Qatar and other countries in the region. He warned against the targeting of vital infrastructure, particularly related to water, food, and energy facilities. Furthermore, His Excellency stressed the need to enhance coordination, intensify joint efforts, and return to negotiations to ensure global energy security, freedom of navigation, environmental safety, and regional stability.
