Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea James Marape on the anniversary of his country’s Independence Day.

According to Qatar News Agency, the message was sent on Tuesday, marking a gesture of goodwill and diplomatic relations between the two nations. The anniversary celebrates Papua New Guinea’s journey as an independent nation and the strengthening of international ties.
