Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with HE National Security Advisor of the United Kingdom Jonathan Powell, who is currently visiting the country. The meeting focused on bilateral cooperation between Qatar and the UK, and addressed regional developments, particularly the recent Israeli attack on Doha.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized Qatar's commitment to taking necessary measures to ensure its security and sovereignty in response to the Israeli aggression. The discussion underscored Qatar's determination to respond to the attack.

HE the National Security Advisor of the United Kingdom expressed the UK's solidarity with Qatar. He strongly condemned the Israeli attack and stated the UK's firm stance against any aggression that threatens Qatar's security and regional stability.
