Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Tom Berendsen. The two officials engaged in discussions on enhancing bilateral cooperation and examined regional developments, with a focus on the ceasefire between the United States and Iran.

According to Qatar News Agency, the conversation highlighted efforts aimed at regional de-escalation to boost security and stability. HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the importance of positive responses from all parties to ongoing mediation efforts. He underscored the need to address the root causes of the crisis through peaceful means and dialogue, aiming for a sustainable agreement that would prevent further escalation.
