Suva: HE President of the Republic of Fiji Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu received the credentials of HE Ali bin Saad Al Hajri as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Fiji.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE President of the Republic of Fiji. He expressed His Highness' wishes for good health and happiness for His Excellency, alongside aspirations for further progress and prosperity for the people and government of Fiji.

In response, HE the President of Fiji extended his greetings to HH the Amir through HE the Ambassador. HE the President expressed wishes for good health and happiness for the Amir and conveyed hopes for the continued development and progress of the State of Qatar.
