Doha: President of the Arab and Qatari Police Sports Federations, Major General Khalid bin Hamad Al Attiyah has met with Inspector General of Police and Director of the Office of the Director General of National Security of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, and Vice President of the Arab Police Sports Federation Bouhmed Boubekeur.

According to Qatar News Agency, discussions during the meeting dealt with preparations for the upcoming Executive Committee meetings and the 49th General Assembly of the Arab Police Sports Federation, which are scheduled to be hosted by the Qatari Police Sports Federation in Doha from February 2 to 8, 2026.

The meeting emphasized the importance of joint coordination to ensure the success of this Arab sporting event, reflecting the aspirations of Arab police federations to enhance sports cooperation and the exchange of expertise among member states.
