Palestinian Worker Injured by Israeli Gunfire in Occupied Jerusalem

Al-ram: A Palestinian worker was injured by Israeli occupation gunfire on Sunday in the town of Al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem.

According to Qatar News Agency, medical crews from the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) treated the worker, who was wounded by live ammunition near the apartheid wall, before transporting him to a hospital.

Data from the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions indicate that 15 Palestinian workers have been killed since the beginning of 2025 -- either by Israeli occupation fire, during pursuits inside the 1948 territories, or as a result of falling from the apartheid wall.

The Federation added that hundreds of workers have been arrested and subjected to abuse by Israeli police in recent months under the pretext of lacking work permits.

Since October 2023, the Federation has documented the deaths of 42 Palestinian workers and more than 32,000 arrests among the workforce.
