Rafah: A Palestinian was martyred Tuesday in an Israeli bombing of southern Gaza. Medical sources said that a Palestinian was martyred and about eight others were injured when Israeli occupation forces bombed a police station in the Al Mawasi area of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip. The sources said that medical teams transported the wounded, including some in critical condition, to hospitals.
According to Qatar News Agency, the past few days have witnessed a significant escalation in artillery shelling and airstrikes by the Israeli occupation army, targeting homes, tents of displaced people, and civilian vehicles in various areas of the Gaza Strip. This has resulted in the deaths and injuries of dozens of Palestinians, in a continued violation of the ceasefire agreement.
The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,285 martyrs and 172,028 wounded since October 7, 2023.
