Ramallah: Palestinian Foreign Minister Farsin Shaheen met Tuesday with the newly appointed European Union Special Representative for the Middle East Peace Process Christophe Bigot, to discuss the ongoing massacres, displacement, and starvation in the occupied Palestinian territories.
