Muscat: Oman's Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, met Tuesday with Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness of France, Nicolas Forissier, who is visiting Muscat. The two officials discussed strengthening economic ties and partnership opportunities between the two countries.
According to Qatar News Agency, talks focused on boosting bilateral trade and expanding joint investments, as well as the importance of reviving free trade negotiations between the Gulf Cooperation Council and the European Union. This step is seen as key to facilitating commerce and broadening market access for companies.
