Muscat: Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi and Deputy Secretary-General of the European External Action Service (EEAS) Olof Skoog discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation during a meeting in Muscat.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions also covered the Palestinian cause, with a focus on the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. Both parties emphasized the importance of establishing a permanent ceasefire and ensuring the access of humanitarian aid. Additionally, they addressed developments in the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
