Tehran: Iran's Foreign Ministry announced that the second round of negotiations between Iran and the United States will be held in Muscat, Oman.
According to Qatar News Agency, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei stated that after consultations, it was decided to conduct the upcoming talks in the Omani capital on April 19. This decision follows a brief round of preliminary indirect negotiations held in Muscat on April 12.
Envoys from both Iran and the United States participated in these initial discussions, which were described by both parties as constructive. They expressed mutual interest in continuing the dialogue, scheduling the next round for the following week.
