The Hague: The Dutch government said on Monday it had tightened export controls for all military and dual-use goods destined for the Israeli entity.
According to Qatar News Agency, in a letter to parliament, the government highlighted that all direct exports and the transit of these goods to the Israeli entity will be vetted to see if they comply with European regulations. The letter pointed out that no military products have been exported to the Israeli entity under a license since the onset of the aggression on Gaza on Oct. 7, 2023.
In 2024, a Dutch court ordered the government to prevent all exports of F-35 fighter jet parts to the Israeli entity. This decision was based on concerns over their potential use in violating international law during the war on Gaza.
