Morocco takes part in the 9th meeting of the Arab Regional Consultative Process on migration and refugee affairs, which kicked off on Monday in Cairo.
The Kingdom is represented at the two-day meeting by a delegation of executives and officials notably from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, the Migration and Border Surveillance Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior.
The meeting will discuss developments relating to the follow-up and review of the Global Compact on Refugees, adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2018, preparations for participation in the 2nd World Forum on Refugees, scheduled to take place in Geneva this December.
