Doha: HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, Sheikha Najwa bint Abdulrahman Al-Thani, met with HE International Organization for Migration (IOM) Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa, Othman Belbeisi, who is currently visiting the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing the cooperation between the State of Qatar and the International Organization for Migration. Discussions centered on enhancing and expanding collaboration, particularly in protecting the rights of migrant workers. The dialogue emphasized exchanging expertise and developing joint initiatives that align with Qatar’s national priorities and international commitments. These efforts are aimed at contributing to the improvement and advancement of the work environment.
