Doha: Under the patronage of HE Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Ministry of Interior (MOI) has signed a letter of intent with Palo Alto Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity. The signing event was attended by HE Minister of State for Interior Affairs Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Thani.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Letter of Intent was signed by HE Major General Abdullah Mohammed Al Sowaidi, Assistant Undersecretary for Technical and Specialized Affairs, representing the Ministry. Jordi Botifoll, Vice President for Southern Europe, Turkiye, the Middle East, and Africa at Palo Alto Networks, signed on behalf of the company. This strategic partnership is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to enhance its cybersecurity capabilities and foster a secure digital environment.
