MOEHE Conducts Workshop on Scholarship Program 2025-26 Developments


Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has conducted a training workshop for academic advisors in public and private schools, focusing on the latest developments in the scholarship program for the academic year 2025-26.



According to Qatar News Agency, the workshop saw participation from 130 advisors and included representatives from the US Embassy and the British Council. The session covered information on accredited universities, available specializations, and scholarship conditions.



MOEHE Acting Assistant Undersecretary Dr. Hareb Mohammed Al Jabri emphasized the necessity of early and continuous communication among academic advisors, students, and parents. He encouraged students to apply to multiple universities to have various options and to seek accurate information through the official website.



Assistant Director of the Qatari Cultural Attache in the UK, Ibrahim Al Fadala, also urged students to apply to several universities to avoid overcrowding. He highlighted the scholarship’s aim of exposing students to new cultures and experiences. Al Fadala recommended that students consider modern tech fields such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence to achieve notable educational outcomes.
