Ministry of Labour Organizes Employment Day for Graduates of Specialized ‘Customer Service’ Program

Doha: The Ministry of Labour, represented by the Qualifying and Skills Development Department, in collaboration with the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, has organized a Customer Service Employment Day for graduates of the Specialized 'Customer Service' Program. This event is part of the ministry's ongoing efforts to increase citizen participation in the labour market by empowering individuals, enhancing their qualifications, and improving their competitiveness, particularly within the private sector, in alignment with the Third National Development Strategy 2024-2030.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Customer Service Employment Day provided graduates with an opportunity to explore job vacancies and connect directly with participating entities. The 'Customer Service' program is a collaborative initiative between the Ministry of Labour and the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. It aims to train and prepare Qatari nationals and children of Qatari women with a secondary school certificate for careers in the customer service sector.
