Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Dr. Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met with HE Chairperson of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan Maral Agilova on the sidelines of the United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, being held in the Turkmen city of Avaza.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on discussing ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the developmental and humanitarian fields. The discussions aimed at finding effective strategies to strengthen the collaboration between the two nations in addressing key humanitarian challenges.

The United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries provided a platform for both leaders to explore shared interests and to foster partnerships that could benefit their respective countries' developmental objectives.
