Doha: HE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed met with HE Minister of Manpower and Minister in Charge of Energy, Science and Technology at the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Singapore Dr. Tan See Leng via videoconferencing on Monday. The meeting focused on the current global and regional economic scenarios and the challenges impacting international trade, especially concerning global supply chains.

According to Qatar News Agency, both ministers deliberated on strategies to enhance the resilience and sustainability of supply chains, aiming to stabilize global trade. The discussions also covered trade and investment cooperation between Qatar and Singapore, with a view to developing these areas to benefit the common interests of both nations.
