Doha: HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met on Tuesday with HE Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the State of Qatar William Asselborn, on the occasion of the conclusion of his tenure in the country. HE the Minister expressed his appreciation to HE the Ambassador for his efforts in strengthening bilateral relations and wished him continued success in his future assignments.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting highlighted the positive impact of Ambassador Asselborn's work during his tenure in Qatar. The Minister acknowledged the Ambassador's role in fostering diplomatic ties and cooperation between the two nations. Ambassador Asselborn's departure marks the end of a significant period of collaboration and understanding between Belgium and Qatar.
