Oslo: HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi engaged in a series of diplomatic meetings with international counterparts on the sidelines of the Oslo Forum for Peace.
