Doha: HE Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force “Lekhwiya” Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani met on Thursday with HE Minister of Interior of the Syrian Arab Republic Anas Khattab and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting Doha. The meeting reviewed cooperation relations in security fields and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on strengthening the bilateral ties between the two nations, particularly in the domains of security and internal affairs. Both ministers emphasized the importance of collaboration in addressing mutual challenges and exploring opportunities for joint initiatives.
