Doha: The Department of Meteorology has forecasted that the inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Monday will be characterized by hot to very hot daytime temperatures, coupled with slight to blowing dust in certain areas and occasional cloud cover. Offshore conditions are expected to be hazy at times, as noted in the department's daily weather report.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind patterns inshore will vary from northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds ranging from 6 to 16 knots, with gusts reaching up to 25 knots in some areas during the day. Offshore winds are expected to shift from southwesterly to northwesterly, maintaining speeds between 5 and 15 knots.
The sea state inshore is projected to be between 1 to 3 feet, while offshore conditions will range from 2 to 4 feet. Visibility inshore will range from 4 to 10 kilometers, with some areas experiencing reduced visibility of 3 kilometers or less at times. Offshore visibility will range from 5 to 9 kilometers.
The report also provided detailed tidal information for various regions. In Doha, high tide is expected at 06:43 and 20:16, with low tide at 03:37 and 14:09. The temperature range will be between 37°C and 45°C. Mesaieed will experience high tide at 09:01 and 21:57, with temperatures ranging from 29°C to 46°C. Wakrah's high tide is predicted at 08:38 and 21:06, and temperatures will vary from 32°C to 44°C. Al Khor will have high tide at 19:12 and 08:49, with temperatures between 29°C and 44°C. Ruwais is expected to have high tide at 08:49 and 20:31, with temperatures from 30°C to 38°C. Dukhan will see high tide at 01:02 and 13:49, with temperatures ranging from 28°C to 43°C, while Abu Samra's high tide is expected at 12:14 and 03:21, with temperatures between 28°C and 44°C.
