Offshore, the northwesterly winds will be stronger, blowing at 15 to 23 knots and occasionally gusting to 30 knots.

The sea state inshore will range between 3 and 5 feet, while offshore conditions will range between 4 and 7 feet, with the potential to rise to 10 feet at times. Inshore visibility is anticipated to range between 4 and 10 kilometers, occasionally dropping to 3 kilometers or less in some areas.
