Doha: Weather inshore, until 6:00 pm on Monday, will be a relatively hot to hot daytime with slight dust and scattered clouds at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, there will be scattered clouds, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea by afternoon.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05-18 KT, gusting to 25 KT at times. Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly at 06-16 KT, gusting to 27 KT by afternoon. The sea state inshore will be 1-3 FT, rising to 5 FT by afternoon, while offshore will be 2-4 FT, rising to 5 FT by afternoon. Visibility inshore and offshore will range from 4 to 9 kilometers.
The report detailed tidal information for various regions, noting high and low tide times along with minimum and maximum temperature forecasts. In Doha, high tides are expected at 05:12 and 19:12, with low tides at 01:32 and 13:03, and temperatures ranging between 25 and 32 degrees Celsius. Dukan will experience high tides at 12:12 and low tides at 05:59 and 18:20, with temperatures from 23 to 34 degrees Celsius. Other areas such as Messaid, Wakrah, Al Khor, Ruwais, and Abusamra also have specified tidal and temperature forecasts.
Sunrise will occur at 05:07 LT, and sunset at 17:58 LT.
