Major Global Events Enhance Doha’s Position as International Destination in February 2026


Doha: Doha will host multiple events during February, reflecting the status of the State of Qatar as a regional and global center for exhibitions, conferences, and sports and cultural tournaments.



According to Qatar News Agency, in February, the State of Qatar is hosting a range of events that bring together business leaders, experts, innovators, and elite athletes from around the world, in a scene that affirms the diversity of economic, cultural, and sporting activity in the country.



These events include specialized conferences and exhibitions, prestigious sporting championships, and art and heritage festivals, which contribute to supporting sustainable development and exchanging experiences at the regional and international levels.



From February 1 to 4, the Web Summit Qatar 2026 will gather thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, and international leaders at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).



The 21st International Conference and Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG2026), from February 2 to 5, will be a focal point for leaders, policymakers, and innovators in the LNG industry.



The 1st Qatar International Reproductive Medicine Conference will take place from February 5 to 7, uniting experts, researchers, and healthcare professionals globally to advance reproductive medicine.



Art Basel Qatar will also run from February 5 to 7, celebrating the vibrant art scene in Qatar and the region.



From February 8 to 14, the Qatar TotalEnergies Open 2026 tennis tournament will feature international participation, further enriching Doha’s sports scene.



HH The Amir’s Sword International Equestrian Festival 2026 will occur from February 11 to 14, showcasing elite riders and horse racing.



The Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition 2026 (AgriteQ 2026) will return from February 12 to 16, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and food security.



The Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2026, one of two ATP tournaments in the Middle East, will be held from February 16 to 21.



From February 17 to 19, the Throwback Food Festival 2026 will offer a unique blend of heritage and modernity.



Lastly, CHI Al Shaqab Presented by Longines, from February 19 to 21, will feature elite riders and beautiful horses in a competition of skill, elegance, and passion.
