Magnitude 5.3 Earthquake Strikes Off Russia’s Kamchatka

Petropavlovsk-kamchatsky: A 5.3 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula.

According to Qatar News Agency, the quake's epicenter was recorded at a depth of 33 kilometers, about 160 kilometers from the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

There have been no reports of casualties or damage, and residents in the area did not report feeling the tremors.
