Doha: An Israeli airstrike on a town in southern Lebanon killed two people and injured six others, the Lebanese Ministry of Health stated in a press release. The Israeli airstrikes targeted the town of Tibnin, in the Bint Jbeil district.

According to Qatar News Agency, this escalation comes as part of ongoing attacks targeting towns and villages in southern Lebanon.
