Doha: A delegation from the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait visited Qatar's General Directorate of Traffic on Monday as part of efforts to enhance cooperation and knowledge exchange between traffic systems in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
According to Qatar News Agency, the visit aimed to explore Qatar's experience in managing driving schools, the procedures and standards applied in driver testing, as well as the theoretical and practical training stages within the unified driver training system.
The delegation was received by Assistant Director General of Traffic, Colonel Jabr Ali Al Kubaisi. As part of their program, the Kuwaiti officials toured several driving schools to gain insights into Qatar's best practices in traffic management and driver education.
