Doha: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al Yahya discussed Tuesday with the visiting UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Tom Fletcher, the relations between Kuwait and the United Nations, its agencies, and specialized bodies. The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral ties and enhancing cooperation in various humanitarian efforts.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting also addressed current humanitarian developments in the region. The discussions included the efforts of the Under-Secretary-General, Tom Fletcher, in addressing these issues. Both parties emphasized the importance of continued collaboration to effectively manage and respond to humanitarian needs in the region.
