Doha: Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a phone call on Tuesday with Pakistani counterpart Muhammad Ishaq Dar to discuss the latest developments in the Middle East. During the call, the two ministers reviewed international efforts aimed at reaching a lasting ceasefire in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, Pakistan, along with several other countries, has been involved in diplomatic efforts to halt the conflict involving Israeli occupation, the United States, and Iran, which began on February 28. As part of these efforts, talks were held between Washington and Tehran in Islamabad at the end of last week, but did not result in a breakthrough.
