According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Defense spokesman, Col. Staff Saud Al-Atwan, confirmed that explosions heard in various parts of the country were due to these interceptions. Col. Al-Atwan urged the public to remain calm and follow the safety precautions outlined by the competent state bodies to ensure their protection during this period of heightened military activity.
