Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index lost 15.34 points to reach 8,650.50 points, a decrease of 0.18 percent. As many as 536.5 million shares valued at KWD 112.7 million (roughly USD 343.7 million) were traded via 24,321 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 34.84 points to reach 7,945.59 points, an increase of 0.44 percent, with 284.4 million shares traded through 13,840 transactions valued at KWD 38.15 million (roughly USD 116.3 million).
The Premier Market Index, however, lost 28.62 points, closing at 9,253.78 points, down by 0.31 percent. This was achieved through 252.13 million shares conducted via 10,481 transactions valued at KWD 74.6 million (roughly USD 227.5 million).
Meanwhile, the Main 50 Index decreased by 26.9 points to reach 7,964.37 points, a decline of 0.34 percent. This was through a stock volume of 197.3 million shares conducted in 8,898 deals at a value of KWD 30.4 million (roughly USD 92.7 million).
