Kuwait City: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Monday as the All Share Index gained 114.63 points to reach 7958.02 points, an increase of 1.46 percent. As many as 422.5 million shares valued at KWD 103.2 million (roughly USD 315.7 million) were traded via 26,322 transactions.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 119.08 points to reach 6855.12 points, an increase of 1.77 percent. This was achieved through the trading of 205.2 million shares via 12,234 transactions valued at KWD 25 million (roughly USD 76.5 million).

The Premier Market Index gained 119.20 points to reach 8626.37, up by 1.40 percent. This was accomplished through the trading of 217.2 million shares via 14,088 transactions valued at KWD 78.2 million (roughly USD 239.2 million).

Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index went up by 112.94 points to reach 6839.83 points, an increase of 1.68 percent. This was achieved through a stock volume of 170.9 million shares done in 7,302 deals at a value of KWD 15.7 million (roughly USD 48 million).
