Kuwait and Jordan Strengthen Ties with Six New Agreements

Kuwait city: The fifth joint higher committee meeting between Kuwait and Jordan resulted in the signing of six agreements, a memorandum of understanding, and executive programs focused on trade and investment. The session, held on Wednesday, marked a significant step in enhancing cooperation between the two nations.

According to Qatar News Agency, Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al Yahya and Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi engaged in discussions about regional and international developments. The talks also addressed ways to boost joint efforts to tackle current regional challenges, including the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories and other mutual concerns.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry noted that the committee's meetings evaluated collaboration in various sectors such as economic, investment, cultural, and tourism. They explored strategies to elevate these collaborations, demonstrating a mutual commitment to advancing and solidifying bilateral relations across all dimensions.
