Kenya, Egypt Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations, Coordination on Regional Issues

Nairobi: Kenyan Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Wyecliff Mudavadi met Monday with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelaaty, who is currently visiting Nairobi, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two sides also exchanged views on ways to enhance peace, security, and development in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region. They agreed to support the sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of both Sudan and Somalia, and to strengthen efforts aimed at achieving stability in the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea region.
