Amman: Jordanian King Abdullah II stressed, during a phone call Tuesday with Dutch King Willem-Alexander, the importance of maintaining de-escalation in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, King Abdullah II emphasized the need for all parties to commit to calm in order to restore security and stability in the region.
He stressed the need to exert maximum efforts to end the war on Gaza, ensure the flow of humanitarian aid, and de-escalate the situation in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
