Amman: Chairman of the Jordanian Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and Chief of the Italian Defence Gen. Luciano Portolano held discussions on bilateral military and defense cooperation during their meeting on Tuesday. The meeting focused on strengthening the relationship between the two nations in terms of defense strategies and collaborative efforts.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions also included an examination of the latest regional and international developments. Both representatives emphasized their countries' joint efforts in promoting global security and stability, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration in addressing emerging security challenges.
